In this role, you’ll draft powerful AI prompts, partner directly with customers to solve their most pressing workflow challenges, and teach courses that inspire and equip lawyers to embrace AI in their practice. Your impact will be direct and measurable: driving adoption, shaping product direction, and building the skills and confidence of our users.

What You'll Do
Draft high-impact AI prompts that solve real-world legal problems and demonstrate value across industries and practice areas.
Curate a library of sample prompts and outputs to showcase the versatility of GC AI to both prospects and customers.
Partner with in-house lawyers to deeply understand their workflows (research, contracts, diligence, document analysis, compliance, etc.) and design practical AI-powered solutions.
Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights with Product, ensuring features evolve to meet real-world legal needs.
Lead prompting workshops and training sessions to boost customer adoption and confidence in using AI effectively.
Position GC AI as the trusted legal AI partner by bringing credibility, expertise, and empathy to every interaction.
Required Experience
4+ years of experience practicing law, including at least 2 years practicing (or working in legal ops) in-house.
A genuine passion for AI and you already use it and love experimenting with it.
Proven ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply knowledge creatively.
Hands-on experience with legal tech tools (e.g. CLM, automation, or other legal software).
Excellent client-facing skills: empathetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
Nice To Have
Experience designing or teaching training programs, workshops, or courses.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation.
Background in legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech adoption.
Strong community-building instincts, and you enjoy connecting people and sharing knowledge.
