Due to our company growth and expanding footprint, we are looking to add an HVAC Technician to our team.
What We’re Looking For
We need an experienced HVAC Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. If you know your way around heat pumps, air handling units, and full HVAC installations—from rough-in to finish—you’re our kind of person. Bonus points if you’re great at keeping systems running smoothly and eco-friendly.
What You’ll Do
Install and remove HVAC systems with a focus on air quality and environmental standards.
Keep everything up to code and documented.
Help with take-offs and supply quantities.
Maintain and repair HVAC components for peak performance.
Create smart inspection and maintenance schedules based on past repairs.
Inspect systems regularly to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
Collaborate with other trades and keep the site tidy.
Take on extra tasks as needed—because you’re a team player.
What You Bring
Valid driver’s license (must-have).
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Red Seal journeyman certification (big plus).
Physical stamina and comfort working in all weather.
Experience in new construction and repair work (preferred).
