You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and analysis, help develop end-user performance reporting to drive improvement opportunities across the supply chain and DC Operations. What You’ll Do: Supply Chain and DC Operations Reporting Activities Develop strong working relationships at all levels (floor leadership, Supervisors and Senior Management) to ensure overall project satisfaction and to manage expectations regarding reporting functionality and deliverables. Support project scopes, goals, communications, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project team members, IT teams and all stakeholders. Field operation requests to produce desired report/metric/dashboard in Tableau. These include departmental and individual employee productivity metrics, exception reports. Anticipate operational and strategic needs utilizing various reporting tools to develop KPIs that drive decision making. Synchronize reporting from multiple sources with sound ETL logic to support operations. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot databases and ensure accuracy of data and reporting deliverables. Contribute to and support the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions, KPIs and performance metrics. Ensure accuracy of data and reporting deliverables across all stakeholders. Participate in DC, Logistic, and Business Planning calls and communicate key data points to all levels of leadership. Business Analytics Activities: Gather and documents business/technical requirements, developing Business required documents for IT development. Assist in regular root cause analysis to identify and maintain data quality. Develop and maintain SOPs. Support end user training sessions and workshops. Partner closely with the Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Engineering groups to work through system issues and to identify/implement process improvements. You’ll Need to Have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 0-2 year of experience in Project Management, Consulting, or Data Analytics environment. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel with ability to model data and utilize advance functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Graphs & Charts). Familiar with SQL, VBA, Python. Experience with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau Preferred). Excellent understanding and use of Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams.
