Ferring+You You will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and advancing the company’s presence within Fertility Accounts across Ontario. This role requires a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach combined with strong business acumen, entrepreneurial thinking, and a deep understanding of the specialty healthcare environment. You will partner closely with Reproductive Endocrinologists (REIs), Key Account Nurses, Clinic Managers/Owners, Business Managers, Pharmacists, and allied staff to optimize the value proposition of our fertility portfolio. This individual will develop and execute strategic business plans, drive conversion initiatives, enhance customer experience, and support the adoption and use of our products across complex clinical and business ecosystems. Your day at Ferring Achieve sales and growth targets across assigned Ontario Fertility Accounts through a strategic Key Account Management approach. Build and strengthen partnerships with REIs, nurses, clinic managers/owners, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic business plans for each account, including key initiatives, projects, and long-term growth opportunities. Conduct semi-annual Business Reviews with clinic decision makers to assess performance and align on strategic priorities. Deliver impactful product education, clinical demonstrations, and ongoing training to healthcare professionals and clinic teams. Support product adoption and market share growth by implementing tailored tactics and customer solutions. Manage account inventory, ordering processes, allocations, and clinic contract agreements. Enter all customer interactions and activities into OCE (CRM) while meeting Sales Force Effectiveness KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, optimize service delivery, and enhance overall account performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including proper reporting of complaints and adverse events. Behind our Mission… There’s you Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management, specialty pharmaceutical sales, or medical device sales experience. Experience in Reproductive Medicine, Fertility, Aesthetics, Ophthalmology, Dental, or other specialty/B2B healthcare environments considered a strong asset. Demonstrated success managing complex clinical accounts, business reviews, contracts, and strategic relationships. Strong understanding of KAM principles, strategic selling, and consultative influence. Proven ability to think entrepreneurially, identify opportunities, and develop solutions tailored to customer needs. Comfortable working with clinical leaders and business stakeholders in high-value specialty environments. Ability to travel approximately 15% (including travel outside Ontario). Valid driver’s license required.
