With upcoming roles in Q1 and Q2 of 2026 with both new and existing clients across Canada, we are looking for Senior Design Managers to join us in Toronto, Montreal and Quebec to work across high-speed rail, mass transit, master planning and urban redevelopment projects.

You'll Be Responsible For:
We are seeking experienced design professionals with the following attributes:
Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver design stages in line with client requirements.
Driving governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across design management processes.
Fostering collaboration and technical excellence across all stakeholders and disciplines.
Acting as primary escalation points for design issues and structured delivery.
Managing weekly multi-disciplinary meetings to set priorities and resolve escalations.
Overseeing validation of deliverables, contract documentation, and design protocols.
Managing onboarding, resource allocation, and team performance across SSHP lots.
Supporting project leads on design-led items, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
