Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Planning or Civil Engineering or a related field. Registered Professional Planner (RPP) or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) Certification or equivalent. 20+ years of relevant planning / engineering experience, including leadership of the development and implementation of passenger rail transportation solutions related to sustainable programs. Recognized expert in rail planning. Proven project success on various sized projects including effective direction of project teams for project execution. Strategic problem-solving skills and advanced technical knowledge in transportation planning / engineering. Strong professional consulting skills, including project management, client relationship management, and commercial acumen at senior management levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver professional presentations. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently. Experience leading rail transportation master plans for major clients. Experience winning and leading mid to major size projects. Understanding of ON public and private sector client needs and policies.
