Job Description What is the opportunity? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Group Annuity, Pension Administrator for a one-year term. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to drive efficiency and accuracy in our Group Annuity line of business. This term position also has the potential to transition into a full-time permanent role based on strong performance and organizational fit. What will you do? Work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Develop and maintain internal relationships, providing excellent customer service and support Enter and update data into our database system with precision and attention to detail Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity, recommending solutions for resolving problems Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic files, contributing to process improvement initiatives Respond to inquiries from annuitants in a professional, courteous and timely manner, providing clear information and ensuring a positive customer experience What will you need to succeed? Must haves: Minimum 2 years experience working effectively in an environment that requires data manipulation involving accurately inputting, verifying, and managing data Proven ability to handle volume work in a fast-paced environment Organizational and time management skills Strong typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision to maintain data integrity Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel Nice to have: Experience in benefits and retirement, with expertise in policies related to Defined Benefit Pensions or Group Annuities and Payroll Accounting Post-secondary education Proficiency in French What’s in it for you?
