Based in Alberta, Wolf Midstream is a private company, backed by Canada Pension Plan Investments (CPP Investments). Wolf was formed in 2015 to focus on the acquisition and development of innovative midstream energy infrastructure assets in Western Canada. The Opportunity
As the Summer Student in the Shipper Services Team, you will have the unique opportunity to join a team of professionals supporting the group in 2 areas. In the Product Quality area you will ensure product quality processes and systems are robust to support the needs of the business. In the Volumetric area, you will support accurate and timely processing and preparation of information that supports pipeline volume accounting workflow and requirements.
WORK TERM: 4 Months – May – August 2026
Key Projects may include:
Product Quality
Support the sampling and testing program
Ensure ongoing process and product quality compliance and, identify and remediate deficiencies within product quality processes
Implement and monitor corrective actions to ensure product quality requirements are met
Update and keep procedures current, related to product quality assurance
Maintain product quality records - Compiling and analyzing statistical data, and maintaining the Product Quality Manual
Communicate with upstream/downstream product quality business contacts
Volumetric Analysis
Input meter tickets (process, check and validate ticket and related data; and third party ticket data entry)
Process, check and validate tank volume information
Complete custody transfer reporting
Update gains/(losses), shrinkage, line fill and tank inventory information as required
Prepare, review (analyzing results for reasonableness) and distribute System and Segment Balance information
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Must be enrolled in a Business, Finance, or other related program at an accredited post-secondary institution
You must be returning to full-time studies after the work term

Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with internal and external customers
