Summary:
The Shrink Film Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing the business operations of the shrink film product line, including driving sales growth and ensuring the profitability of that line.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for having a very good understanding of the product line- all technical details/specifications, compliance needs, sourcing of those products.
• Understanding the costing and the pricing based on competitive landscape and various other factors.
• Co-ordinate the promotion/catalogues/flyers/packaging for the product line as well as travelling to different shows as well as to suppliers to develop a good understanding of the product line
• Understanding the various distribution channels in which it can be sold and making and executing the sales strategy around it.
• Developing various products in that segment- and growing the business accordingly
• Work with suppliers as well as sales to ensure profitable growth in business.
• Work in a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required;
M.B.A. preferred.
• Five years of related experience required.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
• Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
