Your primary responsibilities will include:
Deliver complete payroll services for a diverse client base.
Manage clients full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and seamless onboarding.
Support workplace investigation processes.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws; recommend updates as needed.
Identify clients training needs and assist in designing and delivering development programs.
Provide guidance to clients on compensation and benefits and resolve related inquiries.
Maintain accurate client information and prepare HR reports as required
Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Stay current on employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance
What you bring to the table:
The successful candidate will have:
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong client service and teamwork focus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Expert knowledge and experience of payroll systems and processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential matters
CPHR designation or equivalent is preferred
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Minimum 5+ years in an HR advisor or generalist role
Hands-on experience with employee relations and full-cycle recruitment
Consulting experience is an asset
