This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to maintaining financial record integrity. Process vendor invoices, establish payment schedules, and adhere to contractual termsReconcile vendor statements, prepare financial reports, and contribute to month-end closingInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiriesTrack expenses, process expense reports, and manage credit card transactionsMaintain vendor files and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirementsCollaborate with departments to secure invoice approvals and resolve financial issues QualificationsPost-Secondary graduate degree, diploma or certificate in Accounting3 to 5 years of full cycle accounts payable experience in a high-volume environmentGood working knowledge of accounting systems and principlesStrong work ethic, attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyExcellent time management, planning, prioritization and organizational skillsAbility to work within established deadlines and with a strong sense of urgencyAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a high growth and rapidly changing environmentStrong critical thinking and reasoning skillsAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft applications, including strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large data setsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSuperior interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Experience with MS Dynamics or other ERP system is an assetAdditional InformationThis position is a current vacancy
