Key Responsibilities

Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, software, and cloud systems.
Ensure availability, security, and performance of all IT systems.
Lead IT team in system administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Develop IT strategies aligned with business growth.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Provide internal IT support for seamless application integration.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.
Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement.
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Maintain IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Profile

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years in IT management or similar role, preferably in data centers.
Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity.
Experience with ITIL and project management.
Familiar with enterprise tools (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bilingual (French and English) required.
