As a UI/UX Designer you will create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and aesthetics. Your role will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, ensuring our products are both functional and visually engaging.
What that means day-to-day:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to produce high-fidelity mockups from basic wireframes.
- Convert briefs into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
- Present high-fidelity mock-ups for review/iteration/approval.
- Develop understanding of the end users of the website/application through primary (user interviews, traffic data) and secondary research.
- Utilize customer data and research to make informed design decisions.
- Take user needs, customer personas and branding protocols into account when designing.
- Own and maintain style libraries to continuously keep appearance of products cohesive and up to date.
- Build and maintain complex components within our style libraries.
- Provide feedback for software requirements based on accessibility and best practices.
- Stay up to date with knowledge and technology related to UI design trends.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years professional experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing nested components, live prototyping and creating cohesive designs
- Experience with Figma, Miro, Maze and/or other prototyping tools
- Experience building and maintaining style libraries and complex components
- Familiarity with Google's Material Design system
- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and written/oral communication skills
