Mission: Responsibilities include:

provide a safe working environment for all employees and ensure safe operating conditions of equipment;
the maintenance strategy is applied to equipment criticality;
maintenance plans are implemented, to include effective reaction to breakdowns and proactive work on machinery to improve control of the process (reliability);
effectiveness of machine interventions is continuously optimized (The analysis of maintenance results is ensured and implementation of necessary actions to ensure continuous progress over short- and medium-term horizons);
lead a team of multidisciplinary maintenance professionals to ensure reliability of equipment, in particular solving issues of obsolescence;
maintenance cost is optimized: operational efficiency, energy and spare parts consumption; and,
develop and empower their team, build, and update the succession plan under the leadership of the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements include:

technical college diploma, bachelor or graduate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
5+ years maintenance management experience with 2+ years of supervisory experience;
demonstrated leadership experience in an industrial environment;
proven record of development of people through coaching, mentoring, and establishment of development plans; and,
experience in successful resource planning.
