Experience: Typically, successful candidates have 10+ years of experience in roles across the full lifecycle of technology transformation, including the strategy, design, build, test, delivery, and operate phases.

Consulting Experience: 5+ years of experience working in consulting, ideally within the Financial Services and Banking sectors.

Banking Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Banking business and technology, regulatory requirements, and industry challenges.

Delivery Role Experience: Proven experience in a delivery role for application portfolios, including application product experience and familiarity with Core-Banking systems.

Retail or Commercial Banking Experience: Experience in retail or commercial banking.

Technology Program Management: Experience managing technology engagements, with a strong understanding of engagement financials and deal structuring.

Technology Modernization: Experience in enterprise technology modernization, including digital banking and core modernization, technology transformation strategy, planning, and delivery.

Complex Ecosystem Understanding: Familiarity with integration architecture, data architecture, and infrastructure architecture.

Team Leadership: Ability to lead onshore and offshore teams and foster inclusive collaboration.

Delivery Governance: Strong experiential knowledge in delivery governance.

Client Engagement: Ability to work with clients at all levels, from executives to delivery teams.

Third-Party Collaboration: Experience working with third-party solution providers and subcontractors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
