About The Role
We are looking for an intermediate Data Analyst to join our growing team!
What You'll Do Here
- Create and publish reports.
- Monitor, establish, and analyze trends, explain outlier data, and provide relevant insights on results and productivity.
- Aggregate data from various sources to ensure it is cleansed.
- Develop and maintain a data inventory and support the monitoring of key performance indicators.
- Proactively identify new data elements that could provide additional insights into performance or industry trends.
- Analyze information and present it clearly and concisely to various audiences within the organization.
- Create and maintain effective documentation to facilitate training and the strengthening of processes and best practices, and to comply with audit protocol.
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet the evolving needs of our partners.
- Collaborate with project team members and lead the development of new reports using Power BI.
- Support the production of ad-hoc reports as new needs arise.
What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's degree in a data-related field (e.g. mathematics, science, statistics, artificial intelligence, computer science), or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Data Analyst.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with machine learning is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Oracle and Snowflake is required.
- A good knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, SAS, Python, and VBA.
- Dynamic, highly energetic, and very proactive individual.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
