Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule appointments for clients
- Effectively handle large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
- Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the proper resources
- Meet call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage clients
Requirements:
- Previous BDC Coordinator experience within the auto industry preferred
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Post-Secondary certificate/degree
- Reynolds \& Reynolds, X-time, and S-Gate experience an asset
