SENIOR DATA ANALYST
Location: Toronto, Ontario (hybrid -- 2 to 3 days onsite per week)
Duration: Contract 8 to 12 weeks (possible extension, not guaranteed)
We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help with a financial data clean-up project.
This is back-office work focused on reconciling internal records with legal documents and external sources (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, GLEIF).
You'll work closely with in-house teams to spot inconsistencies, merge duplicate records, and help document your findings.
Expect hands-on support and training during the onboarding -- most tools are internal.
What you'll do:
- Review internal records for financial counterparties
- Compare against third-party sources and legal docs
- Assist with basic reporting
- Help maintain quality and consistency of data
What you bring:
- 3 to 5 years working with financial data (e.g. bonds, securitizations, fixed income)
- Experience reviewing documents and cross-checking data
- Basic familiarity with tools like Bloomberg or Refinitiv (nice to have)
- Strong attention to detail
No coding. No client-facing work. Just detailed, focused data cleanup.
