What You'll Be Doing
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage 20--25 active requisitions across North America (and occasionally Europe), including intake meetings, posting jobs, sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and managing offers.
- Bilingual Recruitment Support: Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders under the GWAM portfolio, providing support in both English and French.
- Candidate Engagement: Provide a white-glove experience from initial contact through onboarding. Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Interview \& Offer Coordination: Schedule interviews, gather feedback, extend offers, and initiate onboarding processes.
What You Bring to the Team
Required Qualifications:
- 3--5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the financial or insurance sector.
- Strong experience sourcing talent through alternative channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Proven consultative skills with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Full professional fluency in both French and English (reading, writing, speaking) to support teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience using Workday and/or Phenom is a strong asset.
