Content Creator for Destination Weddings

Do you dream in reels and TikToks? Are you the kind of person who spots trends before they blow up and knows exactly how to make a moment go viral?
We're looking for a Content Creator who can do it all, from ideation to execution. If you're a one-person content studio who lives for capturing beautiful visuals, writing scroll-stopping hooks, and editing short-form videos that hit hard and get shared, we want to meet you.
This is your chance to create highly shareable content in the dreamy, emotional, and joy-filled world of destination weddings. You'll work closely with our marketing team to bring our brand to life across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms, crafting content that inspires, educates, and converts.
What You'll Do
- Concept, shoot, edit, and deliver short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
- Create content that follows (and leads!) viral trends in the wedding and travel space.
- Write hooks, captions, and CTAs that stop the scroll.
- Develop series, content calendars, and storytelling angles to drive engagement.
- Repurpose long-form videos into snackable, platform-specific pieces.
- Creatively use B-roll, stock, user-generated content, and capture on-location wedding content, to bring concepts to life.
- Stay on top of trends, algorithms, and what's working now, and what's coming next.
Who You Are
- A content machine! You live and breathe short-form video.
- Highly independent and self-sufficient, you can take an idea and run with it.
- Up-to-date on current social media trends, especially in weddings, lifestyle, and travel.
- Obsessed with storytelling, pacing, and thumb-stopping intros
- Comfortable behind the camera and in the editing suite (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, or similar)
- Someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced remote environment
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience creating short-form video content for social media.
- A portfolio or TikTok/IG account that shows your ability to make engaging, polished, viral-worthy content.
- Strong editing skills and experience with video tools.
- Excellent sense of humor, timing, and emotional storytelling.
- A love for all things weddings, romance, and travel.
