ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set-up and operate multiple CNC Machines
- Utilize and comply with all AS9100 REV D and ISO 9001:2008 manufacturing and quality standards
- Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments
- Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies
- Keep machines and surrounding area clean while maintaining a safe work environment
- Other duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated ability to set up and operate CNC's Mills or Lathes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Excellent knowledge of tooling and the ability to interpret results from CMM
- Effectively communicate information with managers and other employees
- Motivated to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to cross train on other types of machinery is an asset
- Esprit Programming knowledge is an asset
ADDITONAL REQUIREMENT
- Basic security clearance
- Own Steel-toe safety shoes
