Senior Level Designer (UK time zone preferred but not required)
What we are looking for:
- Significant experience designing levels for single-player games using Unreal Engine 4 or 5
- A strong track record in creating engaging FPS or action-based gameplay spaces
- Ability to own large features or map areas, including roadmap planning and scope estimation
- Skilled at developing benchmark examples and clear metrics to guide other departments
- Deep understanding of level pacing, encounter design, and storytelling through gameplay
- Ability to collaborate with art and technical teams to ensure level content meets gameplay and visual goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior level designers
- Familiarity with tools like Jira to write user stories and define clear acceptance criteria
- Understanding of reusable modular design and hub-style world structures is a plus
- Previous experience on survival or stealth-focused games is a bonus
