Reporting to IT Manager, you will be accountable for the following systems: O365, M365, servers and desktops supporting parking-related IT Infrastructure; Windows Active Directory, Application, patching, provisioning and system monitoring supporting the TPA's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities on these systems include provisioning, backups, patching, support and maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- System Installation, Configuration and Monitoring

Install, configure and maintain TPA Network infrastructure, CISCO switches, firewall, routers, Meraki devices and other network equipment.

Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), VPN, Firewall, MPLS networks and computer workstations and parking station peripheral network-related equipment.

Install, configure and administer DHCP servers; manage assigned IP/Subnets.
-
Perform network and server configuration and administration functionalities within TPA environment.

Manage administration of MS SharePoint, Office and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint and Teams, One Drive).
-
Configure related solutions for various project and operational needs.
-
Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc., in accordance with the TPA's standards and project/operational requirements.

Install and configure systems such as support parking systems infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications.

Perform SAP user administration and maintain integration of all HANA Enterprise Cloud systems.

Implement and maintain PCI-DSS data, software and hardware security procedures.
-
Perform routine network start-up and close-down and maintain control records.

Complete SQL server administration, performing data backups and disaster recovery operations.
-
Test and deploy monthly patches and maintain vulnerability management as needed.

Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for system administration tasks.

Perform daily system monitoring for assigned IT systems, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.

Implement changes to parking infrastructure and parking systems following the change management process.

Upgrade and configure system software that supports parking infrastructure, applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.

Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
-
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
-
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.

Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
-
Implement changes to parking systems following the change management process.
- System Security

Respond to security monitoring alerts to validate possible intrusions and escalate to management.
-
Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off-site as necessary.

Manage and maintain responsibility for Antivirus systems and Endpoint Firewalls.

Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.

Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
- Internal Support

Provide Level 2 support and escalation for Level 1 IT staff in investigating and troubleshooting issues in various Network and IT related systems.

Provide Level 1 support for Technicians to escalate problems with parking technology.

Repair and recover from network, hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.

Provide Level 1 support for Mobile handhelds and printers.
-
Interpret and/or discuss information with others that involves terminology or concepts unfamiliar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues. May resolve problems within established practices.

Perform others duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree or college diploma in the field of computer science or information systems or combination of equivalent experience.
- MCSA, MCSE, Network , CCNA, CCNP certified.
- 3-5 years of related work experience managing or implementing parking revenue control systems.
- 3-5 years' experience proven experience in IT infrastructure and Network administration, SAP and SQL server administration.
- Technical knowledge of current network technologies, Server operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards.
- Experience with Parking Technology is an asset.
