Job Title: Security Coordinator

Availability: Must be available on weekends
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Security Coordinator to manage daily operations, scheduling, training, and compliance for our security team. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
◼️ Create and manage schedules and timesheets for security staff.
◼️ Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with standards.
◼️ Handle recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
◼️ Maintain records for licensing, certifications, and compliance.
◼️ Manage security equipment inventory and audits.
◼️ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
◼️ Valid Security Guard License and G2/G Driver's License.
◼️ Experience in security operations or administrative coordination.
◼️ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
◼️ Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
◼️ Available on weekends and for schedule adjustments.
