The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organized and driven Project Lead to join our growing team. This role will focus on leading key projects that support the growth of our digital health services, pharmacy operations, and customer experience initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team, pharmacy staff, and third-party partners to ensure seamless execution, alignment, and continuous improvement across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and coordination of cross-functional projects, from operational improvements to tech-enabled service enhancements.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, task trackers, and budget estimates.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project progress, flag risks, and proactively identify ways to keep initiatives on track.
- Ensure consistent documentation and organization of project materials using shared tools.
- Work closely with pharmacy teams, customer service, logistics, and technology partners to drive alignment and timely delivery.
- Prepare regular updates for internal stakeholders, including status reports and project dashboards.
- Promote best practices in project management, bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving initiatives.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience managing projects---preferably in digital health, pharmacy operations, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams.
- Hands-on experience with PM tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar.
- A passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient access.
- PMP certification (nice to have but not required).
Bonus If You Have
- Experience working in or alongside a pharmacy, healthcare provider, or telehealth service.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Canadian pharmacy space.
- Comfort with technology integrations or digital workflows.
