You'll bring new athletes into the league, show up at open runs and events, and build real-world connections with players. You'll be on the court, on Instagram, and everywhere in between --- creating the most electrifying sports community in the game all while carving out a seat on the ground floor on one of the hottest brands in basketball.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend open runs, partner leagues, and Brodie nights (5x/week).
- Bring in 2--5 new players every week through relationships and outreach.
- Plan community events, mixers, and local collaborations.
- Support growth and retention efforts in your city.
- Be visible, present, and irreplaceable in your basketball scene.
REQUIREMENTS
- Natural connector with charisma and confidence
- Background in basketball, events, or street culture a big plus
- Self-motivated and excited to build something that matters
- Flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends
SALARY
- $50,000 CAD

- Mississauga (Monday)
- Niagara (Wednesday)
