ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIESGather and document business requirements for projects related to user authentication, authorization, identity management, and digital access controls
Analyze existing systems and workflows, identifying gaps or risks in security and authentication processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, legal, security) to define and deliver secure solutions
Translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly documentation and vice versa
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and ongoing communication around project scope and progress
User story creation, facilitating UAT, working on security approvals and sign-off from stakeholdersREQUIREMENTS3--5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital media, SaaS, or tech-driven environment
Hands-on experience working on security, authentication, or identity management projects (e.g., SSO, MFA, OAuth, user provisioning)Strong understanding of security and privacy frameworks is a plus
Excellent documentation, process modeling, and requirements gathering skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, FigmaStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
