What we are LOOKING for:Fresh Perspective: You're a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CHRP designation is great to have, but not a must.
Communication Ace: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH and FRENCH, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Tech-Savvy Talent Hunter \& Developer: You're comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools/social media platforms for employer of choice positioning.
