Job Description Responsibilities
- Conduct Hardware Tests: Execute and document tests on various hardware components and systems to ensure they meet specified performance criteria and quality standards.
- Build and Assemble Test Fixtures: Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and setups required for hardware testing. Ensure all fixtures are calibrated and functioning correctly.
- Programming and Scripting: Utilize LabVIEW or C suite programming languages to develop and maintain test scripts and automation tools for efficient and accurate testing processes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test data, identify trends, and generate comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the engineering team.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues identified during testing. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all testing procedures comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
Essential Skills

5 years of experience in hardware testing or a related field

Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in hardware testing, fixture assembly, and programming

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues effectively

Strong verbal and written communication skills to document test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to run tests on hardware (PCBAs)

Experience in LabVIEW or C suite programming languages

Experience with additional programming languages or tools

Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations

Previous experience in a similar role within telecom, semiconductor, or related industries
