Overview:
As the Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for the design, testing, manufacturing, and deployment of our Jule EVFC Stations and Hub.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, testing, manufacturing, and deployment of EVFC stations.
- Assist the design (simulation, circuit analysis, controller, etc.) and prototyping of high-power DC/DC Converters and Li-ion batteries.
- Assist the prototyping, testing, commissioning, documentation, and certification of BESS \& EVFC.
- Assist the communication with external partners and design knowledge transfer.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Analyze equipment performance data to help pinpoint the potential source of the flaw.
- Participate in component datasheet review \& sample testing.
- Document all technical details of your design work.
- Prepare application notes on your design and findings.
- Make design progress reports, summaries of test results, and site work completion records.
- Assist with special projects as required.
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
- 2-3 years experience in electrical engineering, including reading system designs and wiring.
- You have completed a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or engineering science (ECE).
- You must have basic knowledge of circuit analysis, DC/DC converters (buck, boost, etc.), transistors (mosfet, IGBT, etc.), and controllers (PID, etc.).
- You must have experience working with Energy Systems, Electrical Energy Systems, and Control Systems.
- You have relevant design \& validation experiences through previous internships or coursework.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).
- You are a quick learner and a team player who likes to overcome engineering challenges with others and is open to feedback.
