Job Details Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle product development --- from idea to scalable system --- for both consumer-facing and enterprise-level tools
- Design and build intuitive UIs and agent management dashboards that don't yet exist in the market
- Collaborate across AI, data, and backend teams to define how humans interact with intelligent agents
- Own systems that impact real-time decision-making for financial professionals
- Contribute to product direction, working directly with the founders and early design partners
- Help shape company culture and technical standards in a high-trust, in-person environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering and 2 years at a high-growth startup
- Experience Frontend or Full-Stack to build and ship B2B or B2C SaaS products
- Experience working with React and TypeScript
- Strong GitHub or technical portfolio demonstrating clean, high-impact engineering work
- Quick learner with strong product intuition and a bias for action
