Orngeis seeking an experienced,dynamic, and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the planning, performance monitoring and delivery of key projects that enhance the operational capabilities of our critical care air ambulance services. As a Project Manager at Ornge, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at all levels, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget toalign with organizational goals. You will possess strong leadership, interpersonal and excellent communication skills with the technical knowledge required to leada diverse range of strategicprojects that include changes to Ornge’s service offerings and healthcare partnerships, technologydriven initiatives, and physicalstructures while maintaining a high standard of quality in a fast-paced environment. Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop internal and external stakeholder relationships throughout the project life cycle.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities to lead and promote collaboration.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, identification of key tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve conflicts and roadblocks.
- Monitor project performance against the plan, address variances, identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Work directly with vendors to ensure alignment to contracted scope and deliverables to meet legal agreements.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies – Agile and Waterfall.
- Participation in Project Management Office led initiatives in support of providing organization wide project information through statistics and visual representation.
- Promote positive team management, provide coaching and mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and support to project teams.
- Manage projects using project management tools and methodologies.
- Review and assist business units in the preparation of project charters.
- Conduct project planning that includes creating and maintaining schedules, budgets, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ensure high quality and timely production of all deliverables.
- Monitor forecasts, budgets, and cash flows throughout the life of the project.
- Identify and improve communication to bring conflict within the team into the open and facilitate resolution.
- Understand stakeholder processes in support of Project Management Office projects to collaborate on improvement efforts.
- Direct and immediate collaboration with project stakeholders and sponsors to ensure alignment with the project goals.
- Proactively anticipate diagnose problems from multiple angles and probe underlying issues to generate solutions.
- Facilitate buy-in and guide implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Engage in upfront activities to support vendor management throughout the project life cycle.
- Identify and log project risks and align to the organizations overall risk program.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records.
- Prepare status updates, project reports and presentations.
- Support ongoing improvement of Project Management Office tools for a consistent approach to projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldto support diversity of projects e.g. business and technology.
- PMP Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading,managing and coordinating projects.
- Experience delivering a diverse range of strategic projects including operational changes, business process, and technology projects.
- Experience in Healthcare, with Aviation and Emergency Medical Services an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products e.g. Microsoft 365, MicrosoftProject.
