WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Prepare estimating packages and proposals
- Leverage technology to create a more seamless delivery experience for all parties
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage scheduling and trades
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Preparation of overall project budgets and costing
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
WHO YOU ARE:
- 7+ years of experience in project leadership, including the construction management of at least 3-4 innovative workplaces/offices.
- Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to create a cohesive delivery team
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or Design, or other related fields, preferred
- LEED accreditation and familiarity with the Design-Build process preferred
- Experience with the entire project lifecycle, from pre-lease services through post-occupancy
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
