- Create and execute sourcing strategies to identify talent in order to meet project needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Plan and prioritize sourcing assignments based on the needs of the business
- Use ATS to add and manage applicant pools, and move candidates through our recruitment process while ensuring timely communication and feedback to enhance the candidate experience
- Review profiles and resumes, reach out and follow up with candidates, as part of the first-touch strategy
- Maintain network through active reach-out to contact past applicants
- Report on relevant sourcing metrics
- Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBRQualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience is required
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and alternative sourcing channels
- Experience and understanding of the recruitment process within a management consulting firm
- Self-directed, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly developed writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelines
- Innovative and dynamic -- brings an entrepreneurial spirit to our business
