- Raise awareness amongst Dealers to RBC Investor Services presence in the marketplace.
- To develop and maintain relationships to ensure consistent quality of service delivery for our key strategic partners.
- Distribution of Fund Fact Sheet
- Maintenance of Dealer and Intermediary Agreements; setup and maintenance of dealers on the System within SLA
- Communication and monitor and disseminate information using Fundserv's Fund Company Bulletin automatic mailing service.
- Respond to Fundserv file issues and trade rejection inquiries that are encountered across all Fundserv management companies.
- Review daily new sales person reporting and email inquiries and ensure that information is entered into the System within the SLA.
- Monitor, flag, action and file emails from generic Dealer Relations inbox.
- Reconcile and manage commission and trailer fee payments.
- Maintain a dealer contact management database.
What do you need to succeed? Must have:

3 years of relevant work experience in the financial or asset servicing industry

Completion of the IFIC Operations of Mutual Funds course

Segregated Funds knowledge

Previous Customer/Dealer service experience

Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills

Bilingual Language Proficiency in English/French, preferable

Excellent exposure to communicate with various business partners and stakeholders in Investor Services and within other platforms as appropriate.
