Responsibilities:

Supervise shipping, receiving, inventory control, and daily warehouse activities
Set clear goals for team members and provide on-the-floor coaching and support
Implement and refine standard operating procedures for maximum efficiency
Monitor stock levels, conduct spot audits, and maintain inventory accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Track performance KPIs and recommend workflow improvements
Champion a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies
Manage vendor relations and resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally
Identify opportunities for cost savings through space optimization and better processes
3+ years in a warehouse leadership role
Valid certifications for Counterbalance (Sit-Down/Stand-Up), Reach Truck, and Center Rider
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of warehouse systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office
Ability to pass a criminal background check
