Reception including greeting guests, direct phone calls, manage and distribute mail, coordinate courier services, and handle deliveries.

Perform routine tasks such as filing, drafting, copying, editing, scanning, faxing, and courier coordination.

Review, organize, and respond to regular correspondence.

Organize and manage internal and external meetings

Assist with the coordination and preparation of presentations, reports, supplemental schedules, and data summaries.

Compose general correspondence, transmittal letters, meeting minutes, and notes as requested.

Manage event logistics, including catering, room organization, and guest assistance.

3+ years administrative or executive experience within financial services, asset management, investment company or private family office is preferred.

Strong computer skills - hardware (printers/scanners, etc.) software (MS Office, Adobe, etc.), video conferencing applications (zoom, Teams)

Familiarity with Portals/Data Rooms/Sharing Sites - uploading, downloading, sharing information etc.

Self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
