Company Description Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- HCM System Management: Configure, maintain, and support the Dayforce, ensuring that benefits data flows seamlessly through the system.
- Benefits Administration: Manage the setup, testing, and implementation of benefits-related features within Dayforce, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Data Integration: Ensure accurate and timely integration of benefits data between Dayforce and third-party vendors, such as insurance providers and benefits administrators.
- System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to benefits administration, working with Ceridian IC and vendors as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend system improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of benefits administration.
- Compliance \& Documentation: Ensure that all benefits-related processes and data handling comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
- Training \& Support: Provide training to property HR team members and end-users on the HRIS system related to benefits processes, and offer ongoing support as needed.
- People Management: assist in leading a team of 5 indirect reports
Qualifications
- Certification in HRIS or benefits administration (e.g., CBP, PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with HRIS data integration and third-party vendor management.
- Knowledge of additional HR software solutions or advanced data analysis tools.
