ResponsibilitiesProject management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals and workback schedules
Liaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly and on time
Liaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunities
Fostering positive client and internal relationships
Coordination and execution of general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the account
Developing a thorough understanding of Direct Mail and Email best practices
Ensuring all internal departments have all necessary information, materials and elements in a timely manner
Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Desired Skills \& Experience2 to 5 years' experience in Advertising/Marketing communications and/or agency experience
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Digital and/or Direct experience is an asset
Strong written and oral communication skills
French is an asset
