Job Description
- Create, maintain, and distribute production schedules
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to determine progress and provide updates
- Communicate with external customers (e.g., residential, builders and trade partners) to determine delivery dates and manage changes
- Working with various stakeholders to resolve scheduling changes and conflicts
Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and mitigate the potential negative consequences
- Previous production scheduling experience, or education in related field
- Proficient in Excel (Advanced -- VLOOKUP, Power Queries) and MS Suite. Exposure to SQL or any programming language would be an asset
Own transportation (no public access to plant location
