Member Experience
- Provide a superior Member experience through the identification and promotion of products and services and where appropriate, and provide qualified referrals based on identified needs
- Demonstrate perseverance in difficult situations by showcasing understanding to Members' perspectives, and creating action plans to resolve their concerns if they arise
- Ensure proper due diligence by posting all transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality to respect Members' privacy
- Participate in branch activities in support of expanding the Member relationship and growing our Digital Ambassador Program

Previous work experience in a customer service role, with cash handling experience as an asset

High School diploma or relevant working experience

Flexibility to work all scheduled hours which include some evenings and Saturdays

Proven understanding of computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office, and Outlook

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills

Effective organizational time management, and problem-solving skills
