This is a high-impact role where you'll be the driving force behind complex cybersecurity projects that strengthen our organization's security posture and compliance frameworks.
Why this role matters: You will play a critical part in one of our top cybersecurity priorities-remediating identity risks and aligning our systems with evolving regulatory and security standards. If you're passionate about cybersecurity, risk management, and leading dynamic, cross-functional teams-this is your next big challenge.
Your Mission
- Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Define project scope, set clear objectives, and oversee full lifecycle execution-from planning to delivery.
- Reduce Identity-Related Risk: Drive the successful implementation of remediation strategies under NI52-109, ensuring measurable risk reduction in identity and access management.
- Bridge Stakeholders and Technical Teams: Be the central point of coordination between internal security experts, IT teams, senior leadership, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure Compliance and Best Practices: Apply recognized risk management frameworks and ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
- Motivate and Mobilize Teams: Lead cybersecurity professionals, engineers, and analysts in a matrix environment to execute on shared goals.
- Monitor, Report, Improve: Track project performance against KPIs, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance delivery effectiveness.
What You Bring
- Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience leading cybersecurity or IT security projects in complex environments.
- Certifications: PMP certification (or equivalent) is required; cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) strongly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of identity and access management concepts, vulnerability remediation, and cybersecurity principles.
- Project Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Clarity, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Collaboration Across Borders: Experience working in virtual, global, or matrixed environments with diverse teams and stakeholders.
