Introduction We are currently hiring a Bilingual Sales Coordinator for our client -- a dynamic and customer-focused Canadian medical device company. The right candidate for this role is energetic, detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative. Responsibilities Provide sales support to the regional sales team, including preparing quotations, responding to tenders, and organizing demonstration materials.
Assist in office operations, including supply management, shipping/receiving, and administrative tasks. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and develop expertise in the company's products and services. Support sales and customer service activities, including backup coverage when needed.
Assist in creating marketing materials, including translations, ensuring branding consistency. Help organize trade shows and sales meetings. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities.
Represent the company ethically and professionally at all times. Requirements 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support. Experience in the life sciences sector -- medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Bilingual (English \& French) with strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with an entrepreneurial mindset. Leadership experience with a willingness to mentor and train others.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. What
