- Prep agendas, meeting notes, background research, and follow-ups
- Coordinate investor, partner, and collaborator meetings
- Manage communications---internal and external---with clarity and discretion
- Organize occasional travel, expenses, and light personal logistics
Who You Are
- Background in business, operations, or a related field (degree or equivalent experience); ability to think strategically and support high-level decision-making through research, context-gathering, and sound judgment.
- 3+ years of experience supporting executives, founders, or busy creatives
- Proactive: You anticipate needs before they're spoken
- Fast and intuitive: You pick up on things quickly and adjust on the fly
- Hyper-organized: You live for clean calendars, tidy inboxes, and smooth processes
- Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and calm under pressure
- Excellent writer and communicator---whether it's a formal email or Slack ping
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion (or similar tools)
- Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Bonus if you've supported a CEO or leadership team in a startup or mission-driven org
