Job Description Outbound Sales Manager -- Lead the Way at SureCall Contact Centers Location: Calgary, Alberta | Full-Time | $75K--$85K base OTE $240K We're looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Manager to join SureCall Contact Centers and take charge of growing and managing our B2B outbound sales team. If you're a results-driven leader with the experience to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, recruit, and lead a B2B outbound sales team
- Utilize KPIs and CRM tools to track and improve performance
- Close high-value deals and coach your team to success
- Create and implement effective outbound campaigns targeting North American businesses
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience managing B2B outbound sales teams
- Proven success growing revenue and driving team performance
- Experience in selling services, not just products
- Strong leadership in sales hiring, coaching, and accountability
- A hands-on approach with the ability to close large B2B deals
Compensation \& Benefits:
- Base Salary: $75,000--$85,000
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): $240,000 (uncapped commissions)
