Reporting to the Operations Manager, Service Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing services and ensuring efficient communication between client and technicians.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and coordinate client projects/services and work closely with client's facility dept. as well as manage trades to complete jobs while maintaining cost and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate service Request with vendors/subcontractors across Canada to ensure that maintenance and service repairs are fulfilled.
- Dispatch, schedule and coordinate with trades and service technicians.
- Create Work Orders and provide detail information to trades and service technicians.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers by delivering exceptional service and consistently meeting their needs and expectations.
- Proactively communicate with site staff to obtain feedback on services provided.
- Prepare and submit proposals for client's approvals. Follow up on submitted proposals to address any questions.
- Process invoices within the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with company policies and financial procedures.
- Generate and qualify new leads for follow-up by, identifying and contacting organizations and effectively delivering accurate information about our programs and services.
- Create and provide weekly status reports to client.
- Research and onboard new trades throughout Canada.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's in business administration or equivalent 2 years demonstrated experience in an outbound sales or customer service role.
- Knowledge of HVAC Systems is an asset.
- Knowledge and skill of tools, equipment, and materials and practices of the trade is an asset.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel/Word/Outlook).
- CRM experience and data entry skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication skills including both verbal and written correspondence.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Sound critical thinking skills and proven ability to exercise good judgement.
