As Chief Quantum Officer (CQO), you will spearhead Kavodax's quantum computing initiatives, leading our efforts to develop commercially viable quantum solutions. This executive position requires a strategic mind with deep technical expertise who can bridge theoretical quantum concepts with practical business applications leading to the commercialization of quantum computation.
- Drive the strategic vision and implementation of our quantum computing roadmap
- Lead research and development of quantum algorithms and applications
- Oversee the integration of quantum technologies with our blockchain products and solutions

Essential:
- PhD or Postdoctoral research in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or relevant field (or 7+ years of equivalent industry experience with demonstrable achievements)
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional practical experience in quantum computing, including 2+ years focused on quantum algorithms
- Proven expertise in quantum software development and hardware optimization
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and applications
- Demonstrated success in commercializing complex technological innovations
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience building and managing technical teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate quantum concepts into business value
