🚀 Revenue Operations Manager

We're a Toronto-based seed-stage rocketship in the GTM AI space, fresh off a $12M+ raise from top-tier investors. Our platform is redefining how revenue teams operate---powered by AI, designed for speed---and we're looking for a foundational Revenue Operations Manager to help scale our GTM engine from the ground up.
This is more than a process role---it's a builder's role. You'll be laying the systems, tooling, and data layer that unlock real-time revenue insights and automation at scale. Bonus points if you've already started building with AI.
🔧 What You'll Own
- Architect and own our full Revenue Operations function---across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Design and implement the RevOps tech stack, including CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), sales automation, and BI tools
- Lead the development of internal tools and automations---leveraging AI to streamline workflows and improve visibility
- Own lead flow, routing, forecasting, and deal/renewal processes
- Partner with GTM leaders to build dashboards, surface insights, and drive strategic execution
👀 You Have
- 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
- Experience standing up RevOps from scratch or leading at an early stage
- Deep familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Looker/Tableau
- Hands-on experience building internal tooling or automation using AI/LLMs, even if scrappy or experimental
- A builder's mindset: process-oriented, analytical, and obsessed with driving impact fast
