Job Duties
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of premium home appliance delivery and installation services
- Manage field staff including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and attendance
- Develop and continuously improve SOPs to maintain service quality
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze operational costs and revenue to improve profitability
- Manage operational resources such as delivery vehicles and installation equipment
- Track KPIs and generate regular reports for performance review
- Coordinate with logistics partners and third-party vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management, logistics, appliance delivery, or a related field
- Logistics service experience required (understanding of warehouse, transportation, and installation logistics)
- Proven experience in managing teams and operational assets (e.g., vehicles, tools)
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify operational issues and lead continuous process improvements
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Capable of coordinating across departments and with external partners
- Strong leadership and accountability
- May require occasional travel between the warehouse and the headquarters office
