Job Description Barback/Bartender Location Toronto, ON M5T 2L4 :
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers.
- Taking orders, mixing drinks, and serving accordingly
- Managing cash and card transactions accurately
- Developing drink menus and special promotions
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service
- Staying up-to-date on drink trends and recipes
- Handling cash handling and point-of-sale systems with ease
- Ensuring compliance with responsible serving practices
Requirements:
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- 2+ year of bartending experience in high-end restaurants
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and modern mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Certification in mixology or bartending (a plus!)
- Spanish will be considered an asset
